Tom’s Experience hiking to Mossy Cave:
There isn’t really too much to see here. There is a stream that the trail follows which you can play in if you are feeling hot. The trail leads up to a mossy cave.
There is also a fork that will lead to a really small waterfall called Mossy Cave Falls with a small pool you can swim in.
It is a fun and very short desert hike. Dogs are not allowed on any trails in Bryce Canyon National Park.
Trail Info: There is a bathroom as well as a drinking fountain at the Mossy Cave trailhead. The trail is just off of highway UT 12. The parking lot is well marked. The trail is .8 miles round-trip.
