Play in the Snow Canyon State Park Sand Dunes

Tom’s experience playing in the Snow Canyon State Park Sand Dunes:

The Snow Canyon State Park Sand Dunes are a fun place to run around and play. The sand can get awfully hot in the afternoon so I recommend going here first. If you go on a popular weekend then you may not even see the sand there will be so many people playing on the sand.

Sand Dunes Snow Canyon State Park

There are small hills to climb and run down. Dogs are not allowed off of paved trails in Snow Canyon State Park.

Tom’s Rating:

Trail Info: The trailhead starts right next to the road. As you enter the park there is a nominal park fee. They should give you a map. The trailhead is close to the south entrance at the bottom of Snow Canyon State Park.
